Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Neo Tokyo Moto Racing ("the game"), provided by CarrotSoftClan ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.
1. The game
The game is free to download and play. Some features, such as the online rankings, need an internet connection.
2. Coins and rewarded ads
- Starting a stage uses one coin. You can earn a coin by watching a rewarded ad to the end. If no ad can be shown, the stage starts without using a coin.
- Coins have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money, or transferred, and they are stored only on your device, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes them.
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any dealings between you and an advertiser.
3. Remove Ads (in-app purchase)
- "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS. After purchase, the game shows no ads and coins are unlimited.
- The price is shown in the store before you buy. The purchase is tied to your Google Play account or Apple Account. On Android it is restored automatically when you reinstall the game with the same account; on iOS, use Restore Purchase in the game's settings.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their store policies. We cannot process refunds directly; please request them through Google Play or Apple.
4. Online rankings
- Your initials, country code, and finish times are shown publicly on the rankings. Do not choose initials that are offensive or that impersonate others.
- We may remove, without notice, times obtained by cheating, modified clients, exploiting bugs, or automated means, and initials we consider inappropriate.
- Rankings may be reset, for example when stages change.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the game or its data; interfere with or overload the ranking server; or use the game in any way that breaks the law or harms other players.
6. Intellectual property
The game and its content, including graphics, music, and software, belong to CarrotSoftClan or its licensors. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Changes and suspension
We may change, suspend, or end the game or any of its features, including the online rankings. Where reasonable, we will give notice on this page or in the game. We may update these Terms; the new version takes effect on the date shown on this page.
8. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, user fault, network failures, or failures of third-party services (app stores, ad networks). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court under applicable law.
10. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and CarrotSoftClan, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the game or its content.
